Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a charge equal to one night's stay.
  • Extended stay bookings (7+ nights): Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a charge equal to one week's stay.
  • Group bookings (10+ rooms): Cancellation terms are set in your group booking agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact us.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay.

  • Payment information processed securely through our booking provider (Cloudbeds).

Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with our booking management provider (Cloudbeds) for the purpose of processing reservations.

Terms of Service

By booking a stay at Falkenberg Suites, you agree to the following terms:

  • Guests must be 19 years of age or older to book a room.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
  • The hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
